By using this website or booking services from Elliot's Mobile Detailing LLC DBA UpShift Detailing (“UpShift Detailing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

UpShift Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services in Orange County, California. We come to your home, office, or other approved location with our own water, power, and equipment. Service descriptions and pricing on our site are estimates and may change based on the size, condition, and location of the vehicle.

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are subject to change upon inspection of the vehicle. Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed by phone or text. We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles or conditions that are unsafe or beyond the scope of mobile detailing.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may also reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or unsafe working conditions.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our site. By booking, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered.

We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or manufacturer defects that become apparent during or after detailing. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

You must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for service. Please remove personal valuables and items from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings.

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is owned by or licensed to UpShift Detailing and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Orange County, California.
